Group Classes
General Yoga Group Classes taught in Hatha Yoga style and with influence of the philosophies. Suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, beginners welcomed (and encouraged!)
All mats, blocks and other props provided – however please bring your own if you are more comfortable doing so
All Group Classes are priced £9 for 90 minutes
